I like to snack. Preferably on sweet things. Which used to be kind of a bad habit – until I changed my lifestyle and started eating healthy. I rarely crave anything super sweet anymore, can you believe it? But when I do, there are tons of healthy options; like these yummy little creations! Raw, no-bake cashew-coconut-chocolate balls. Pink breakfast
I’ve got a cute colored recipe for you guys! Last week I decided I wanted to make pink pancakes, so I gave that a try! Too bad they didn’t turn as pink as I had hoped, but they’re still pink (ish), right? ;) (I was aiming for something bright like this, better next time!) Anyway, they tasted really good, so on to the recipe!
The best healthy brownies
…if you can call any brownie healthy, anyway! Let’s just say that these brownies are the best option to go for if you crave brownies – they’re guilt-free. I adapted a recipe I came across somewhere on Instagram, I gave it my own twist. As for the recipe: the measurements I used are in cups – since the original recipe worked with cups too. I actually got a set of measuring cups at Albert Heijn (you can see one on this picture) – tip for cooking & baking Dutchies! Let’s get to the pictures and the recipe now, shall we?
Sweet pancakes with blueberry-maple syrup
It’s hard to choose, but I think that these pancakes are my favorite! Or actually, the combination of these sweet pancakes plus that amazing topping made of blueberries and maple syrup… that’s my favorite. I’m in love with maple syrup, it’s seriously the best thing I have ever tasted. Anyone with me?
